Perhap's COMPAQ may find some interest if they can get it on the cheap...Symbios was recently purchased by LSI and they have their hands full in digesting them...this may be a short term positive for MYLX.

After Compaq's purchase of DEC (DEC was a major customer for MYLX), they may have found out how good those MYLX RAID boards are. If they acquired MYLX, they would also receive (1) several new OEM customers, (2) next generation technology, (3) R&D facility in Colorado and (4) a very cheap stock with $3-$4/share in cash!

My concern is that our management MUST focus on the next up cycle and better have all their ducks in line. Including (1) new product development, (2) manufacturing facility ready to produce high quantity & high quality products, (3) Management running lean and mean with a falling SG&A, and (4) new OEM distribution agreements.

I believe COMDEX is just around the corner and perhaps we may hear about those new OEM agreements. If all goes well on this up cycle, we could see multi year highs AFTER three quarters of positive revenues and earnings. They better execute correctly or this investor will be quick on the trigger to jump off the ship.
