Dennis--This has been an extremely frustrating morning with TC2000 Support. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and reloaded the upgrade only to discover the same illegal box coming up. We tried every permutation trying to get the rascal "msvbvm50.dll" to go away or to cooperate. I finally uninstalled/reinstalled again and just temporarily am avoiding upgrading. Support said that they will have a new CD coming out Monday that will have the upgrade on it. So by the end of the week we should be ok. Hope this helps. Myron
