Hi Gary - CEO Steve Kim always sells. Go back and check his history. He also has a family trust that always sells...every option period. I believe the market now expects this. When I inquired to IR early this year, the reason for the sales was due to his divorce and his wife selling her portion of the settlement.

Kim's Family Trust has an established schedule (read the 10Q report) with a set amount that is always sold. The reason is for asset diversification. Since these sales have occurred like clock work, I really would not worry too much. IMO the stock is still undervalued.
