To Taste like to Chicken and irby I appreciate people like you regularly posting materials useful for others. keep up with the good work! I am a regular SI member but don't post too many here as I am making transition from "buy and Hold" to day trading. I will be going "live" starting this week at a local firm. I have been getting training and paper trade the last month. I will post more if I don't get "killed" by the MM's and professionals. JC

Chicken: Great post! I think everyone's rules will be a little different depending on their own personalities and discipline level, but there are some hard and fast rules that I believe everyone should follow....this covers many of them. Thanks for the post. TJ
