Hi Mike: Thanks. As usual, substance and style. Missed your zip and humor. Hope you are back in full. Re Joint Venture: Will know scope and details Tues, but have enjoyed speculating - espec. re the MSFT involvement. From past record, seems the joint venture might gain from MSFT resources (big bucks), clout (a two edged sword) and marketing savy, Wall Street's adulation of MSFT, et al; and as long as the Q can keep from getting smothered, should be a big plus as long as the technological and innovation decisions are the Q's. Can Gates keep from micro managing - that will be a big question. Again, welcome. Chaz
