George, you are absolutely right, I have been back up to 50% cash since late Monday and missed a good chunk of this week's rally, I also completely misjudged the results of the elections. I am in no rush to lower my cash position, on the contrary, it will probably go to 75% by the end of next week. I would like to see the nature of a retrenchment (how the new lows list hold, for one) and a rise of new highs during such a retrenchment would cause me to recommit some cash. Right now I am sleeping pretty well with a bunch of cash. Zeev
