He's the CFO and he likes his cash in greenies. He makes more in salary than Kocher but less options. Let's see... he had 540k+ in 1997, plus his 30k option grant in 1998 less his 100k planned sale... that guy still has lots tied up in MUEI... about 470k+ shares. The market did not like his move because when the news broke it set us back a couple o' bucks. Can't the poor guy enjoy some of his millions before he croaks? Heaven knows he deserves it...<vbG>. We should recover from that by next week. As a small investor, I don't like those moves by the biggies... esp when we were going up so smoothly... Why oh why do they have to stir things up?
