What led you to buy a significant amount of this stock recently?

Thanks in advance.

I've wondered about this acquistion play.

It makes a lot of sense for a carrier or large
software/service firm to try to capture us. The
business case for this is compelling - just
a question of price. Fortunately or unfortunately,
I know the folks at GMGC are feeling very good
about themselves and their prospects right now.
Therefore I doubt GMGC would even consider a
buyout for anything less than an extraordinary
price (above $20 at least, imho). This would
be a crazy price in normal valuation terms, although
rather cheap relative to other internet valuations
and deals.

Look no further than current PEs, or other recent
internet acquistions, such as Microsoft/WebTV,
to see what is possible here.

GMGC is in such a key position relative to this
developing internet/voice service market, that I find
it hard to believe that possible acquistion won't
set a hard floor under the stock price.

Why did I buy? For the same reasons dwlima quoted,
plus my personal knowledge of the people involved.
I'll hold no matter what happens next week, and will
buy on any significant dips. Feeling confident, I am.
