You've left out my personal favorite, the sad story of the sales manager of a company (which later turned out to be Scam City) supposedly doing distribution for VXTK. He was said to have come down with a rampant flesh-eating bacterial infection. The doctors evidently had to remove some Body Parts. We never did get an update on his condition.
