There is also a lot of short covering going on imo...check the recent volume on the runup...BAANF had a huge short interest on the way down...makes it even more likely to give up its gains once its all over...may make it up to 16 and then its back down to test its lows (9 3/4) before the next quarters report.

Neil.

I like the concept of erp shorts. I don't know whether to short some of them or all of them. I plan to re-short jdec after their earnings release because i think jdec management is too numb to know what's in store for them and they plan to double their sales force next year. oops! I'd bet pretty good stakes jdec takes a baan like bath before they report fy 1999 results.

SAP is expensive too and I'm skeptical of their ability to diversify. I'm already short a small position there.

I'd love to know when the short covering and tokyo are done with baan, the company is a mess despite the success at aurum.
