You refer us to WHAT 10K? They haven't filed one this year. And it was in March 1998 that Sylver cooked up his deal with Mann, no?

aznt have no stock.

lololololololol ROFLMAO!! Mikey can, and does, issue stock whenever he feels like it. And if they didn't have any stock, why did they hire Andy to do a nasty little Reg-S deal (as the story goes)? If AZNT didn't have the 4MM shares, then what was the point of this agreement?

titan have stock and agree to lend stock for 60 days. andy mann pay for this privlege. fee went to aznt. stock is transferred to doumanis account then doumanis transfer stock to mann.

Woo woo woo. Do you understand what you've just said?

you must also know that ex brokers turn state evidence.

Care to expand on this a bit, Spidey? How can anyone be "state's evidence" when there's no criminal trial?

But you have perhaps, in your confused way, stumbled onto a grain of truth here: are you at last attempting to address my question about how AZNT stock was marketed? Will you finally tell us more about Gary Sylver's--and Titan's--role in this? Oh yes, don't forget Creative. lololololololol, you still don't get it, do you?

And another point: doesn't it worry you just a little that "Icky" is either on something or suffering from dementia, or both?
