Herb just can't leave it alone, can he. Has anyone ever
discovered why he takes such a personal interest in CUBE,
with the Balkanski-bashing and all? I remember how gung-ho
he was about ESST and MPEG, and what winners they turned
out to be (especially MPEG, with their "two-year lead").
It really smells.
