I've never been a great fan of Newt and I'm not sure he even has to leave, certainly not in disgrace. At least he knows when to quit. Clinton, on the other hand, will stay in disgrace. What a low life.

I wouldn't call Newt's departure "disgrace", and I suspect we will see him attempt to come back in a higher office in 2000.
