jhg: A good place to start is i2's home page.i2 is the leading provider of Supply Chain Management (SCM) software and wouldn't you know it Dell is a customer of theirs.I believe a small part of Dell's success in managing their supply chain can be attributed to the implementation of i2's software.You can find out what SCM and e-BPO etc are all about from their web site. Michelle,Shane,cm and others are more qualified to comment on the technical aspect of it than I am so if you need to know anything technical they can help I am sure. Another interesting point is that the stock fell from a high of $42.00 or so to around $9.00 during this market turmoil,now trading for around $21.00.
