Cigar penetration? You were disappointed that was left out? But quite titillated by that part of the Starr report in general, right, Dwight? Why was the gift of a box of cigars particularly meaningful in Hyde's list of questions, Dwight? Seems sort of a trivial thing to me, in a matter of such grave import. Unless, perchance, it was a subtle reference to one of those things you found so invigorating in reading Starr's lurid prose.
