I don't think there's a chance any of us will ever see 20 percent of it except POSSIBLY through SEC disgorgement Raven, Please give us a BEST CASE scenario for disgorgement. What do you really think that disgorgement is going to do for your pocketbook? In fact, could you please give us the definition of disgorgement as it is applied by the SEC.

I dont think of anybody as not being a friend. We are all gather here because we all lost money on top of lies. I dont think 20 percent is good enough. No way No How. I lost too much to let the other 80 percent go. 20 percent by the SEC or 20 percent by suing is not good enough. Sorry. Especially when there is another way to recoup our cash. Disgorgement is a wonderful idea but nobody knows it it is possible. As far as I know Krebs hasnt done anything. He has asked for patience but it is easy for him to do so when he hasnt lost any money. But when he can tell you he can get us back more than 20 percent I'll be patient. I am not the only one who thinks that way. Alot of people do!!
