This is a periodical that is simply a listing of providers/manufacturers. They print whatever is submitted. Franklin has been in there before.

By the way, would appreciate a good analysis of new Edgar filing. Anyone done a line by line compare to figure out what they changed? (It IS just a revised filing, right?) Valuespec?
