I assume you're referring to Cyptologic? There are no rules that I'm aware of regarding 2x earnings. Cryp is another interesting company although I don't follow it closely. It appears that virtually all of the Internet gaming companies have succumbed to the bear market which we may be emerging from in the micro caps. SNMM in my opinion certainly has great fundamentals and should emerge as the leader of the pack in the industry. The outlook is excellent, but, the company is still largely undiscovered. Perhaps M&A West will be instrumental in changing that!

It all baffles me. Crypto is a testament to the potential profitability of this, an industry wearing diapers.

It's frustrating to see other Internet deals IPOing and trading at astronomical levels -- how many of them are operational, let alone profitable? (E-Bay, Amazon, K-Tel, etc.)

Serious coin is being made in Online Gambling. I guess it boils down to the ethics of the investment community and the spectre of the Kyl Bill.

It's time for the Internet Gaming companies to convince potential investors that the Kyl Bill is not the death of the industry. As Mark Dohlen said, Asians and Europeans are bigger bettors than Americans.

That, to be honest, is my rationale for hanging on. It's a global opportunity. Let Kyl pass his bill...I bet individual states will condone it anyway.

Gaming stocks in general are sucking wind...yet casinos are still grossing gigantic numbers. What's happened?

I think we deserve to see 20x earnings. The industry is beginning to show a lot of promise.
