re:food package to Russians,it is going to be quite interesting to see if the food goes to the people directly or will follow the same monstrous patterns when food was donated in Africa.
I have had debates with friends on this issue and they think I am a Pollyanna if I think this time will be different..
I guess it reminds me about youth programs in the USA..only until gangs started getting very violent did money start flowing for programs..
If people are starving,don't know if they would have the energy to put up a good fight..
