Kerm / Fox Energy Thanks for the response. Noticed Fox issued a normal course bid for 500,000 shares. They did this last year for 250,000 shares and actually bought back 225,000 shares. Then issued 800,000 shares and 400,000 warrants through private placements. Net increase of something like 11% shares outstanding. Wondering if the same thing is going to happen again. They have gone from debt free to (according to Chi Chi) 2.3 times cash flow. Share price looks like it has bottomed and is poised for recovery. Take Care Al
