The majority of the cash that was taken out of the market to produce the lows that we saw were transferred to money market funds and bonds. At the same time future contributions to 401k programs were redirected to the same location until the market proved itself to these small investors.

In other words, there is more cash out there than was pulled out of the market. It is currently estimated that there is another 50 billion currently setting in money market funds waiting for the next dip. To give you an idea .. money market funds had outflows of only 1.7 billion last week.

The fuel for the fire is there.
