That was the point I was implying, actually, but you said it a much better way. I wonder if it was only a matter of being undisciplined in such matters and circumstances (i.e., not knowing when to keep one's mouth shut) or if there was another motive behind it altogether. A curious thing, to say the least.

Barons did Not say TERN was overvalued - they just said it was a 'tiny' company. They said BRCM both overvalued and had a small float.
