Nobody loses their shares, ownership remains the same. What does occur of course is that the shares no longer are liquid and if they trade on the pink sheets, the spreads become even more ridiculous. Sukey should be asked about if there are any informal or formal investigations ongoing by the authorities. Again, the probability is high that there could be some sort of action taken by the authorities, but it is only conjecture at this time. The management has really put the screws to its shareholders...
