I don't know if this is anything for you, but the last time things were slow with SI for me, I ended up going to my Netscape Navigator(3.02) options/network prefs/cache, and cleared the memory and disk caches. That solved my slow reception of pages.

Good luck,
Scott

Jerry,
Delete your entire TEMP folder. That's all useless and takes up space. Your computer will make a new one. Delete the "netscape.hst" file, it's like a temp file for netscape and can slow things down when it gets too big. It can't be deleted when the netscape browser is open. Defrag your hard drive, that can make a big difference if you haven't done it in a while. Before defrag clear the netscape cache using the netscape browser. How much memory do you have, what kind of system? Sometimes your ISP is the problem and not SI although SI has had some problems too. I found out ATT Worldnet has a bad rep for being slow at times (I use them) but they won't admit to it. Get your system up to par then go from there.

Good luck, Bob
