Jim,

Thanks for mentioning Clayton again. I meant to check it out last time you brought it up, but I got sidetracked by a pile of corporate reports I recently requested.... and also the Nashville Predators have been playing alot of hockey recently, and that keeps distracting my attention from the job at hand.

I'm still bearish, and I'm finding it very hard to buy anything right now.

It almost pains me to see the market going up like this while I'm holding alot of cash. It's not terrible, because most stocks I am holding are small caps and many are going through the roof - several up over 50%, but it's hard to not play "what-if" scenarios.

Shane

Jim,

Compared numbers for CMH and CHB. Of the two, I think I like CHB best, based primarily on stronger rev growth, better ROE, lower PE, and lower P/CF. From a quantitative perspective it just looks cheaper.

I guess what I need to do is go compare the products to get a feel for who makes the best homes.
