Bonnie, My favorite convertible fund is ECF, Bancroft's cheaper clone sibling. I am interested in ACS, the one I once managed, but I don't know the new manager and VKAC has not had many barn burners in the past decade. I hate REITs. They are totally dependent upon Alan Greenspan creating easy money forever. I think that reckless printing of cash will stop next year and that will not be good for real estate prices. I know of no CEF that buys REIT convertibles. MB
