The former auditor resigned. Does the company even have an auditor? After all these months a company who has projected $75,000,000 in sales, with $50,000,000 in profit must have its act together sufficiently to have completed at least one minor detail. What is the auditor's name? So many every day business details never seem to be completed, except for the extraneous matter of a short squeeze. If this was not a penny stock, it would be considered very weird. If they do file I am curious to see if they will actually be able to find a sober CPA to assemble the numbers, or whether they will need to attempt to do it themselves as it occurred to me that they might need to.
