Ali, I know I didn't touch your sensitive spot because you clearly have been touching it to the extreme.

As for Willamette, Intel hasn't been making wild claims. Intel doesn't need to. The 800mhz+ demo didn't produce any benchmarks that I know of but that wasn't the point. Intel had enough confidence in their silicon that they would go ahead and do a public demonstration where they would push their processor to the extreme (kind of like you and your sensitive spot). AMD hasn't had the courage to show their K7 silicon to the minimum performance levels, much less the extreme. No demos, no benchmarks, no nutin, just hype.
