Paul: Thanks for posting the news about Gateway,I am sure we are bound to see more and more companies doing more business via the internet as we go along which shouldn't be of particular concern to DELL,if anything it should be looked up on as a sign of things to come meaning more people are getting connected to the internet and are quite comfortable doing business on the internet.I think the era of E-commerce has begun, the more the merrier I say, especially for DELL.

RE: Banshee and GTW:
Banshee is good, but not as good as standard Voodoo2. However, V2 is 3D only hence TDFX introduced Banshee, a combined 2D/3D card.
DELL supplies video cards based on the Nvidia TNT chipset. By most accounts (in benchmarks and actual in game frame rate tests) TNT beats Banshee and is on par with V2, if not slightly better because it can support resolutions greater than 800X600. Plus it does 2D. IMO TNT is much better than Banshee and as good as V2. DELL have this covered.
BTW, unless you want TV out, do not bother with the ATI cards or permedia cards that DELL do. The TNT chipset has outstanding price/performance.
