>>an optional wireless keyboard with integrated mouse<<

This should be standard equipment. No excuses, standard equip even on
the lo-ball $300 models.I know some will argue that it's OK to have a 40 ft.
cable going from the STB to the keyboard and mouse...

Anyone know which apps those are??

They use a long obsolete chip to quarterback this unit. Actually the cpu
isn't the critical part of the STB anyway so just a "already very fast"
P166 is more than enough power.

>>offloads routine machine tasks to three other processors<<

Yes that's the way to do it. ASIC's and DSP's are better uses of silicon.

remotely
over the network or at the box itself. <<

Yes. Very good!

>>can be readily upgraded to as much as 128 MB of DRAM.
This amount of memory helps reduce latency and enriches the quality of
graphics and the functionality of other applications. <<

This will help more than adding more cpu.

Nice first effort by Celerity.
