Well, it seemed you can remember every e-mails which you wrote for the previous years. You are a genius , congratulation. I must admit that I am not that smart as you are , and I may forgot all the e-mails I wrote just two months ago.I do not expect Bill can remember all the e-mails he wrote couple month ago either , especially as the CEO of Microsoft , you are involved with thousands of e-mail everyday. So , pls just be realistic and reasonable.
As to whether Microsoft had proposed to divide the market or not during the meeting, my advise to you is stop being childish and naive. When people talk about law, we are talking about hard piece of evidence, example , taped record of the meeting, wrtten note of MicrofSoft people participated the meeting....etc. Not based on your childish imagination. The judge will rule this case based on hard evidence,
instead of by imagination of talking story stories from Microsoft's competitors, unless
the judge already took side.. My question to you is simple, can you explain to me why all people of NSCP participated that meeting of July 21, 1997 with Microsoft
kept different notes ? while the CEO said the meeting is friendly, and only Marc's note said Microsoft proposed a market dividing, while the note kept by other participants of NSCP did not indicate that Microsoft suggested to divide the market , and which is such a serious matter to NSCP ? What is more, why NSCP's attorney's
letter to the court did not include such a serious matter which is against what is so called antitrust law ? Is NASP's lawer stupid ? The only explanation is Microsoft did not provide such proposal during the meeting, that is why all the notes kept by
NSCP's participants did not indicate Microsoft proposed market dividing during the meeting, and Marc set all these things up.And even NSCP's lawer did not have a dem
clue that Microsoft ever provide any proposal to divide the market. It is on;y your imagination.
You keep saying that Microsoft conducted monopoly and Microsoft proposed a market dividing during the meeting. Pls provide your evidence and specify the piece
of eidence that support what you said. Finally, pls do not be naive and childish.
Everything should be based on solid FACT , not talking stories , or imagination.
