Paul,

I think Pru never put AirTouch on their pedestal, thus it was not a downgrade.

If you read carefully the details of this report, all information presented seemed quite positive--I think Pru may have just missed the train 18 months ago, and the "meutral" rating seems to be based on valuation, not fundies.

Regards,
Ibexx

<Off topic message>

Hi folks,

I just thought that I would give you a view from the
customer perspective. I have had their paging service
for about 2 months; on Friday their system thought
that it might be a nice idea to inactivate my paging
service.

Saturday: Called their 800 number and got an "emergency
service" - they can only take messages, can't do anything.

Sunday: Called their activation folks. They can't get to
any records on the system, can't do anything.

Total investment 40 minutes on the phone, no solution.

My take is that this business is about customer service.
That means 7 x 24 and quick rectification of problems. I
am going to take my corporate business elsewhere. This
is the pits. If my experience is indicative, these folks
have a ways to go.

Regards,
Bruce D. Miller
