Exactly. However, check out this tid-bit taken from a recent Wall Street Transcript interview with Mr. Green, regarding the future of Ault:

WST: What are the hurdles that you face as you look ahead
over the next two to three to five year time frame?


Mr. Green: We see consolidation in our industry as one of
the major issues that we are going to have to face....I
expect to see it accelerate with a small number of large
manufacturers probably dominating the industry going
forward. So, I see us having to grow to a size to be able to compete. Right now, I think that that is probably somewhere on the other side of revenues of $150 million probably to $200 million up from where we are today in the mid $40's. So we've got to grow rapidly over the next four or five years to be one of the surviving companies, or we'll
probably be acquired.......

In other words, if they reach that goal, that would put the price somewhere around $45.
