Myron - First, on updating a whole bunch of data at one time, how about this idea. Just an idea, untested! Set your system clock to some date in September, update. Set clock to a date in October, update, etc. Second, "When clicking on the icon now I get a message box saying: "Files were missing that are required for TC2000. TC2000 will attempt to restore your system." Does TC run anyway? It might succeed in fixing itself.

Myron: Just a thought . . . did you uninstall the 4.10064 version before reinstalling 4.1? Run the uninstall application out of control panel, then try another reinstall of 4.1.
