Spider, You mention that Andy Mann received special legend stock with a 40 day restriction. Was that Reg S stock sold to an off-shore entity controlled by Mann?? It used to be that Reg S stock had to be held for only 40 days before it was free-trading. The scam used to be that Reg S holders would immediately short the stock using their Reg S stock as collateral against the short. It also was suspected that in several cases managements and the Reg S buyers were in cohoots to split up the proceeds from these extremely destructive Reg S offerings. As for the court records, I imagine that in time they will become available and readers of this thread will find out who is right and who is blowing smoke up our arses. Btw, what's the latest on Gary Sylver and his son? Is Gary still doing specialized import/export consulting work for AZNT while moonlighting from his US Custom's inspector position?? Regards, Ron
