B, I have pretty much already bought my biotech stocks. I don't own calls on them. That is because I think the market is overpriced. Since calls are time sensitive, I prefer to only own them when the market in general is cheap. I can buy stocks and hold until reality sets in, but calls are a different story. I still own my usual suspects with SangStat and Ligand and Incyte leading the way up. I have not increased my Cap App portfolio allocation.
