CIEN: Although CSCO said they were not interested at that time, IMO CIEN technology will benefit CSCO in competing with Telecom giants such as LU and NT.

This thread is a great idea, Chicken. I have heard that most of their buyouts have been private companies that they purchase before they have an IPO, which leaves us out, of course. Let's hope we get some good ideas.
