Valuline is very POOR in evaluating growth stocks. This guy who wrote it up, has no idea about the need for bandwidth in 1999-2001. QWST will keep doubling every year for next 5 years. The demand for data network and bandwidth is growing 1000% per year as per UUNET. QWST is well positioned to take a major piece of that.
