Gregor, I was referring to before he became speaker of the house. The Democrats held the majority then. As for hedge funds, it was mentioned in a Barron's article several weeks ago as something that may have an impact on hedge fund liquidity as they try to unwind their positions. I assume these accredited investors were required to maintain their investments for at least a year in order to permit the fund to operate according to their strategies without the disruptive redemptions most mutual funds face on a daily basis.
