Read my lips "NO SHORT SQUEEZE". Similar plays have been made with many a stock. Take last January on this one or ENMD, they shot up one day, plummeted the next.

It's the rule of gravity. There's too many out there who want to make easy money shorting this one. The moment one short covers and raise the price to the next wall, another short will come in and drive the price down.

The only thing that could force a squeeze is new News that could forcibly reverse the momentum. I don't think that'll happen.

But, you longs keep on dreaming. Buy, I suggest, it'll create a shorting opportunity.

Well marty that is the dumbest post so far.. K-tel which has half the float had doube the volume and when the stock peaked in the 400-500 million dollar market cap range it collapsed without any short squeeze it is a safe bet that the only shorts in GERN are pro's and market makers,, the restof the public bought puts...in addition 95-98% of the 41 million trading was all done by day traders and each trade was no bigger than 500-600 shares..No squeeze comin here..I only wish you were right..but I guess since you are long you need to believe in something that gives you hope..because we all know the Company cannot.

Marty--A short squeeze is a wonderful time to short.
Squeezes tend to crash quickly because they are not being supported by any interest from longs. If anything longs tend to sell into them. Most shorts I know don't fear squeezes, we just short into them.
All the Best
