Alski,
I'll check on both HERBA and PRMS tonight. Do not follow them.

We are at a profit taking territory now but we have been at profit taking territory for 2 weeks. Will it be the same this week where a slight pullback is followed by more surges? I'm not counting on it this time as I see more and more nifty small/mid caps that had their greatest run of their life in the last 5 weeks began to stall and show signs of more severe profit taking. The big caps are the really bloated one and they offer some potential good returns using a put. The small caps are essentially on a mo-mo so should the tide turns they will go down regardless of their relative valuation. The OSX stocks are stretching as much to the overbought side as their current valuation would allow them and I am starting to eye on the short side again.

Alski,
PRMS - indeed surfing the upper BB higher. The problem is its got a small resistence at 14 1/4 (today's close) and its long stochastics is showing way overbought. Today's slide from its outside upper BB may indicate it has got some pullback to do but it should resume its uptrend when this "correction" is over. It is hard to tell if this is a correction or the top for 1998 but if the small cap rally continues it should also continue to participate. Tell me about its fundies if you follow this company.

HERBA - another chart pattern very similar to PRMS. Very impressive especially since it did not dive at all last week when RXSD ate crow. Resistence at $16.

PMRY - it announced earning after market today and it met expectation. Management continues to be positive about their business going forward. Trading at 11 PE, one can't go wrong with this small cap. Today it held the $17 support and if it moves higher tomorrow, it is a good bet it may have seen the bottom with $17 be the support. A thing to watch tomorrow is it does not close lower than $17 1/2 (midline BB), but definitely not below $17. These supports are especially important if we get another round of profit taking tomorrow.

ALKS - a biotech with some specialty chemical play. It reports tomorrow and people will look for positive comments by the management since its partnership with GNE is going to file NDA soon. On the chart it is on the verge of a possible breakout if it closes above $22. Tomorrow should be really interesting because if people sell it down $22 would be a put in as a resistence tested and held. If it breaks out then $22 can become the support going forward. Should know pretty soon.
