I think this is a positive. The company can not go it alone, and they may have figured it out by now. They are a good target for someone as they have a new fab, niche market sales and the WinChip design. Even though the winchip is a dog, it's probably very valuable to some-one targeting the lower price far-east markets such as India/China etc as well as embedded information appliances markets. I am betting this stcok will see $9 by year end and possibly $15 in a buyout. Good luck every-one. Regards, Kash
