I see no reason to rule out corruption (as suggested by Dennis in seriousness or in frustration) as a cause for the delay in signing the buy back law. Can you or anyone else provide a better explanation?? The bill was passed weeks ago, yet the President by single handedly holding it up is acting like a dictator. He is either corrupt or on some kind of power trip. Either way, his actions (or lack of actions) are a disgrace.
