Let me shed some light on the study First definition. By significance. Pharmos means statistical significance. that is hardly any chance that the results are due to random event.. This is what FDA wants to hear. So by having a significance results it is showing that what is happening is because the drug is working . Not due to chance or placebo effect. Decrease intracranial pressure is important. As increase pressure will by itself cause damage. Remember: pressing on brain tissue. 2. The clinical results were very important. They showed improvement in out come...PEOPLE GOT BETTER. This was not seen in any other study to date. THIS IS WHY A LOT OF VERY PROMINENT NEUROSURGEONS THAT ARE INVESTIGATING IN THE FIELD ARE EXCITED> THIS IS ABOUT PHASE 3 not in animal study. Those were done in the past. and are published. Abstract are on internet and were posted here in the past 2 years.
