Thank's for the write off information-how may of you in this forum would like to run into the people who pumped this play? I can see them at the "investment shows" selling the same worthless paper when the pog returns to it's former highs.

I believe that the way that you write off these dogs off is that it is written off as a capital loss, but of course this has to be balanced against a capital gain in some other stocks that are increasing in value. So what you do is hang on to it until you make a sizable score on one of your more sane investments and then sell this off as a loss to balance out your gain.
P.S.do your research, don,t take this as gospel.
