thank you for lengthy response! I have also been enjoying reading several of your memos with others!... I am also working on a more clear statement which I will post, to clarify some of my points, which were not carefully worded. I am actually spending about two hours a day studying this thread, especially the analytical memos, which is where I am weak at the moment. My high returns were due to some very high risk leverage, at critical moments. But when I try to understand the options discussions here, I wonder if my technique was something I would repeat. I switched to real estate in 1978, where I made strong moves, when lots of conditions were right. But my first love was the computer industry, starting with IBM and then Arthur D.
