Neil, this is a great editorial. If you owned Ancor privately, wouldn't you try to raise your market share, revenue and profits, and then sell to one of the big boys? The trick would be to hold out long enough to maximize your profits, but not too long that everyone already has your technology. Hendrickson said the stock is too cheap, and adopted a shareholder rights plan. All of these new management and sales folks are getting stock options, and will try to optimize their value. wj
