Seem to be some sellers today who don't like this dividend concept. Could that be part of the plan? Shake those shares out to keep the price lower for the buy back? And when are they going to start buying?

Since this dividend thing is just a recommendation, I assume this means they will have to have another vote. Any idea when that will be?

Do you seriously believe that CREAF is going to buy back 10% of the shares in the last 5 or 6 weeks (or less) of the year??
