As best I could tell that was just a form 144 indicating the "intention" to sell. If they had actually sold those shares they would have then filed a form 4 telling us that they were done selling.

So, either they aren't done selling those shares yet, or...... it could be that the form 144 has expired. By clicking on the "144" at that site it takes you to a little blurb about what a form 144 means. It said something about it expiring within 3 months?

If anyone else can clarify this, please do....
