I saw the stuff over on WCOM. There are some good posters there but its not as busy as WCII. Nevertheless WCII has surfaced indepently on that thread.

Personally I wonder whether WCOM isn't going to consolidate its recent acquisitions before going into a whole new area like WCII. Also WCOM isn't as desperate as the sisters but maybe WCOM isn't desperate precisley because it takes bold decisions that the scare the sisters. Just look at BT and how their shareholders and the financial community in UK howled about the price BT was paying for MCI just after MCI announced a bigger than expected loss. They got a few $bn in cash eventually but just look what BT lost. Maybe the biggest corporate loss in history.

Lets see if the sisters are getting desperate enough to cough up?

Now we've got to be careful about the shorts. They might be a bit more careful this time but no question they are circling like hungry jackals. We ought to think about a stop loss policy maybe with options if they're cheap enough.

Regards,

L
